All shipments will be shipped USPS or UPS.
Returns:
Returns and exchanges may be made within 7 days of package arrival for credit card refunds only. Returns between 7 days and 14 days will ONLY be given store credit. Merchandise without tags cannot be returned or exchanged. No returns or exchanges on hair accessories or undergarments. NO returns or exchanges AFTER 14 days. NO returns or exchanges on SALE or SPECIAL ORDER items. Items must be returned in same condition with tags still attached. Items that have been worn may not be returned.
*Customer is responsible for postage for returns. If tracking is not available and package is lost, the customer is responsible for the item.
